This year's Google Partner Awards announcement took place at the 2023 Cloud Next global conference in San Francisco. We're thrilled to share that Xebia has been recognized with a Cloud Sales Partner award for its outstanding growth within the Benelux region.
The Google Cloud Awards showcase exemplary cases of innovation and transformation among customers and partners across many global industries. Over our years as a Google Cloud Premier Partner, we've continuously grown our services portfolio and developed deep relationships with many organizations leveraging the Cloud.
Kevin Ichhpurani, Corporate Vice President of Global Ecosystem and Channels at Google Cloud, commented on the announcement. "Google Cloud's partner awards recognize the significant impact and customer success our partners have driven over the past year." Xebia’s Growth With Google
Over the past two decades, as a digital transformation leader, we've seen substantial growth from a Startup in the Netherlands to a global IT consultancy with locations in over 16 countries. Our journey with Google Cloud began in 2017, and we soon went from a full-service to a Premier Partner for services on Google Cloud Platform, as well as Workspace and Chrome. In addition, Xebia also obtained the status of Authorized Google Cloud Trainer Partner.
Xebia has demonstrated its experience in multiple key areas, such as infrastructure, work transformation, and data analytics. This has led to Google Cloud awarding Xebia with "Infrastructure - Services Partner Specialization", as well as the "Work Transformation - Enterprise" and "Data Analytics - Services specializations".
Xebia’s growth story can be attributed to a combination of factors. Notably, Xebia offers a wide array of services, including consulting, training, and a unique cloud control service. This comprehensive approach allowed rapid growth and provided even better client support.
By working closely with its clients, Xebia has developed multiple value-added services on top of Google Cloud.
"As a Google Cloud Platform Premier Services Partner, we always look into ways to enhance Google’s services by developing value-added solutions. An example is our service Cloud Control, which gives GCP users access to free support, reviews, and vendor management at no additional cost," said Maarten Koster, Commercial Lead for Cloud Control at Xebia.
Recent examples include optimizing the MLOps practices at FinOps unicorn Mollie, implementing a data platform at sustainability firm Dexter, and implementing the first AI solutions at e-mobility scale-up Felyx.
Maximizing Impact by Focusing on Core Values
This award is not the first time Google has recognized Xebia in the Benelux region. In 2022, the local Google team honored Xebia with the "Most Loved Partner" award. This recognition underscored Xebia’s strong relationship with Google's sales and product management teams. Additionally, it emphasizes the shared values and work culture that make this relationship so beneficial to all parties involved.
Xebia’s service portfolio complements Google’s capabilities in several domains, such as instructor-led training, events, meetups, and world-class data capabilities.

Xebia has successfully migrated workloads to Google Cloud, developed data science products, and implemented machine learning applications for organizations ranging from startups to global brands like Booking.com, bol.com, Levi's, and Just Eat Takeaway.
Xebia operates as a hub for our client’s diverse needs and shares knowledge from training to webinars and events, a one-stop-shop approach our clients appreciate. An example is University Day, where Xebia recently hosted a full day of Google Cloud in-house sessions and workshops for a major client.

Always Looking Forward
Xebia’s journey to make organizations cloud-native is seeing increased traction around the globe. Today, its presence includes regions like Switzerland, the UK, the Americas, and the Middle East. The primary ambition with Google Cloud remains the same: To make organizations cloud-native by combining boutique consultancy with near-shoring, off-shoring, and software project capabilities.
